Join Culinary Catskill for an evening of golden hour magic and farm-to-table elegance. As part of our Summer Aperitivo series, we’re stepping out of the kitchen and onto the soil of one of our favorite local partner farms for a two-hour sunset social.

The Experience

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a refreshing, handcrafted seasonal mocktail and your own personal charcuterie board, overflowing with a curated selection of local cheeses, cured meats, and sun-ripened fruits.

The evening continues with ninety minutes of chef-curated passed hors d’oeuvres. Each bite is a tribute to the Catskills, featuring peak-season ingredients sourced directly from the fields surrounding you and our network of local producers.
